Return Policy
A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returned items that are not an error of Kobra Kydex.
**Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges on items returned/exchanged that are not the result of Seller’s error. Kobra Kydex is not responsible for lost shipments on returned items.**

Warranty Information
Kobra Kydex offers a LIFETIME WARRANTY on each thermoplastic product (holster,wallet, etc.) we make. Modifying your product in any way will void your warranty.
If the product becomes damaged under normal use, we will perform the necessary repairs or replace the product. Kobra Kydex reserves the right to determine in each instance when an item needs to be replaced or repaired.
YOU ARE responsible for shipping costs of returning an item to Kobra Kydex. We will cover any required return shipping back to the user.
Kobra Kydex WILL NOT warranty any lost or stolen products (holsters, wallets, mag carriers. etc.)
Exchanges
Kobra Kydex does NOT offer exchanges. The item(s) will need to be returned in new condition for a refund.
